When committing to an accountability relationship it is not just about you it’s about your partner or other group members, it’s important to establish a structure and honour it.
I’ve been part of a mastermind group for many years, it’s an established group but it defines how you are as a person, one of the requirements is to turn up in person to every meeting and not to miss them. The group works together there is no one person better than any others we all, Prioritise for the group. Working part of a group if one person misses a meeting it means it shows a lack of respect which is important to show that you are passionate about the mastermind group.
It’s having respect for everyone within the group or within the accountability partnership, so please remember this when working with someone else it is about both of you not just one of you.

Please be aware an accountability relationship always feel good in the beginning because you’re excited and they’re excited it’s new it’s filled with anticipation of what’s going to happen what’s coming next plus your commitment and engagement.
Comfort lead to complacency as soon as your accountant accountability falls off your priority list you wrote to yourself and the group to own it life sometimes gets in the way and arouses from moving forward if this is happening have a conversation about it otherwise those that are content on you will be disappointed and resentment my creeping we don’t want that happening.
